How it works
Every physical product you order from Geoposter is custom-made to your exact design specifications. We partner with Prodigi, a leading global print-on-demand provider, to produce and ship your order directly to you. This means your poster is printed fresh — not pulled from a warehouse shelf — ensuring the highest quality and the most up-to-date printing technology.
Production times
Because each product is made to order, there is a production period before shipping begins. Typical production times are:
- Posters (matte and glossy): 2–4 business days
- Framed prints: 3–5 business days
- Canvas prints: 3–5 business days
- Mugs and accessories: 2–4 business days
Production times may be slightly longer during peak periods (holidays, promotional events). You will receive an email notification when your order enters production.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship physical products only within the United States. Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require a shipping address.
Shipping times
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Standard shipping
- United States: 5–10 business days
Express shipping
Express shipping is available at checkout for select destinations. Express orders are prioritised in production and shipped via faster courier services, typically arriving within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on the destination, local postal service, weather, carrier volume, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, the shipping method selected, and your US delivery address. Shipping rates are provided by Prodigi and reflect the actual cost of delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. You can also check your order status at any time by visiting the order page link included in your confirmation email.
Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.
Digital downloads
Digital download products (PNG and PDF files) are delivered electronically immediately after purchase. No physical shipping is involved. You will receive a download link via email and on the order confirmation page.
Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@geoposter.earth and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
We will review your claim promptly and arrange a free reprint and reshipment or a full refund, at your preference.
Incorrect or missing orders
If you receive the wrong product, or if an item is missing from your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
Returns and refunds
Custom-made products
Because every product is custom-printed to your design, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with design choices you made (such as location, colour theme, text, or layout). Please review your design carefully in the preview before placing your order.
Quality guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the print quality — not the design choices — contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and may offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with Prodigi and the shipping carrier to locate your package.
- If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbours and your local postal office. We may require a brief waiting period before filing a claim.
- If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a free reprint and reshipment or a full refund.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is delivered to that address or returned to sender, we are unable to offer a free replacement. A new order at your cost may be required. If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible — we may be able to update the address before production begins.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation if your order has not yet entered production. Contact us at hello@geoposter.earth with your order number. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of the product.
